Third parties have no right to redistribute, resell or in any other way transfer or display content delivered through this service to any other party. Doing so may lead to prosecution.

Quality Standards: Photos must show the ship in full, be sharp and well exposed. Photos showing only parts of a ship cannot be accepted. Submitted photos may be rejected if they do not meet the Digital Seas quality standards.
